Mike, you did a fantastic job selling our house. For those people out there needing a great agent, I can only say they will not be disappointed if they choose you. We lived 200 miles away from this house we inherited. It was in terrible shape and needed a ton of TLC. The first time we met you in person, you had already made us a portfolio detailing painters we could use to paint the interior and clean up people to get rid of a lot of unnecessary junk. You made appointments for that day to have these people come over and give us estimates with references. That was huge. Your advice as to how much to do or not do was spot on. You obviously know what the buyers in the region were looking for and what they expected of a house in that area. You made suggestions but were never pushy and were always professional and courteous. You marketed the house as if it were your own and were extremely attentive even to the smallest detail. You said it would get several bids and we received 5 within 4 days of taking bids. That just blew us out of the water, what with 4 bids higher than asking price. The whole process from putting the house on the market to selling it and receiving our check was 5 weeks. I call that FANTASTIC! What else can we say. You delivered with honesty, integrity, professionalism, and punctuality. And for those of you thinking we are related or were prior friends, we were not. But we can tell you one thing, we are friends now and I would just like to say in a profession that is sometimes not thought of in high regard it would be if they had more Michael Kaprielian's out there.
